Session structure — Each 1 hour session includes built-in, sensory and regulation support, intervention in academic areas of need, and a parent debrief

Comprehensive academic and skills focus — Instruction is fully individualized with customized scaffolding to support reading or math, along with built-in life executive functioning supports.

Ongoing provider collaboration — when authorized and appropriate, I can collaborate with therapeutic and educational providers to help coordinate educational supports across settings.

School Services Support — I can review IEP/504 plans, communicate directly with school teams, and help families prepare for and process school meetings.

Executive function supports — Families may receive helpful tools, visuals, and strategies to strengthen task-initiation, organization, planning, and follow‑through at home.

Weekly progress updates— You receive weekly summaries so you always know what we worked on and what we will focus on the following session.

Ongoing Individual Learning Plan— A continuously updated plan is revised regularly to reflect your learner’s current in-home learning goals, progress, and next steps.

Monthly parent conference call— A dedicated 40-minute call each month provides space for deeper planning, answering questions, and continuous strategy.
