Learning That Feels Safe, Connected, and Accessible
Seattle‑based educational intervention service offering in‑home coaching and personalized learning support for neurodiverse students.
Purpose, Mission and Values
My work is grounded in the belief that every neurodiverse learner deserves an environment where they feel safe, understood, and supported in ways that honor their individual needs. I partner with families to create learning experiences that are accessible, affirming, and responsive — always centered on connection, trust, and learner autonomy.
These values shape the services I offer:
-
Individualized, sensory‑friendly learning support delivered in your home. I adapt instruction to your learner’s strengths, communication style, and sensory needs, helping them build confidence and foundational skills without overwhelm.
-
Coaching that supports executive function, emotional regulation, and learning routines. I help students develop tools for planning, organization, flexible thinking, and self‑advocacy through a relationship‑based, strengths‑focused approach.
-
Family support is a core part of my work. As a certified teacher with experience across general education, special education, and ESL in two states, I help families navigate the school system with clarity and confidence. This includes supporting you in understanding your learner’s IEP or 504 Plan, preparing for meetings, and communicating effectively with school teams.
I also help families build home routines, sensory supports, and learning structures that reduce stress and make daily life more manageable
The Support Process
-
We begin with a dedicated conversation to understand your learner, your family’s needs, and the support you’re seeking. This helps us determine whether I’m a strong fit and what next steps make the most sense. If my services don’t seem like the right fit, I can connect you to someone who may be better suited to your needs.
-
Next, I visit your home to learn about your learner’s communication style, sensory needs, and learning preferences. This also helps me understand the home as the learning environment so support feels natural, accessible, and sustainable.
-
Together, we decide what kind of supports best fit your learner and family. This collaborative process ensures that services are aligned with your goals, your routines, and your learner’s unique strengths and needs.
